Future Student Advisers
Our Future Student Advisers are here to answer questions regarding study at the University of Waikato. Supporting and helping prospective students with their subject and degree choices, university entrance requirements, pathways to study, scholarships, student support services, campus life and accommodation.
Our team of future student advisers also visits secondary schools and attends information sessions, career expos and events around the country.

Information Centre locations
Bongard Centre: Level One, Cameron Road, Tauranga
Windermere Campus: B Block, Windermere Drive, Poike, Tauranga
The Information Centres at Bongard and Windermere are your first stop if you are a prospective student or new student to the University. Information Advisers can help provide information on the courses available, the enrolment process and the payment of fees.
They can also supply the following forms:
- Change of Address
- Change of Enrolment
- Application for Credit
- Application for Academic Record
- Training Incentive Allowance forms
The University has administration staff based at the Maharaia Building, Windermere Campus, who deal mainly with the operations and administration of the University of Waikato, Tauranga. However, they are also there to help current students with their particular needs, including the submission and distribution of assignments and queries relating to examinations.
The administration staff are also your link to the University staff based in Hamilton. If you are having any study-related problems, they will give you advice on whom to contact.
