Information Centre

While the administration staff mainly deal with the operations and administration of the Tauranga Campus, they are also there to help you, the student. The centre provides course outlines, timetables and student handbooks. Administration staff can help if you have any queries or need further clarification on what courses to study. This is extremely useful to help you plan your degree while Academic Clinics are being held.

We can supply the following forms:

• Change of Address
• Change of Programme or withdrawal from a course
• Special Arrangements for Exams
• Missed Exams or Impaired Performance
• Application for Credit
• Training Incentive Allowance forms

Tauranga office staff have links with university staff based in Hamilton. The Tauranga office also answers enquiries and takes enrolments for Continuing Education programmes. If you are having problems with anything, we can give you advice on whom to contact.

Administration staff are located at the Windermere and Bongard campuses of the Bay of Plenty Polytechnic.
