The Information Centres at Bongard and Windermere are your first stop if you are a prospective student or new student to the University. Information Advisers can help provide information on the courses available, the enrolment process and the payment of fees.
They can also supply the following forms:
- Change of Address
- Change of Enrolment
- Application for Credit
- Application for Academic Record
- Training Incentive Allowance forms
The University has administration staff based at the Maharaia Building, Windermere Campus, who deal mainly with the operations and administration of the University of Waikato, Tauranga. However, they are also there to help current students with their particular needs, including the submission and distribution of assignments and queries relating to examinations.
They are also your link to the University staff based in Hamilton. If you are having any study-related problems, the administration staff will give you advice on whom to contact.
